Terms of service

Bookings

Online and app bookings hold a vet, room and any equipment for your pet. Please arrive on time. Emergencies are seen first, which can delay booked visits.

Prices and estimates

Prices are shown before you book. Before treatment we give you a written estimate to approve, except for life-saving emergency care. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Consent

Procedures under anesthesia, confinement and euthanasia need your signed consent. You can ask questions before signing.

Records and app

Your pet's record belongs to your account and is shared across our branches. Keep your app sign-in private.

Payment

We accept cash, card, GCash and Maya. Confinement may need a deposit. Official invoices are issued for every payment.
