Cancelling or moving a visit

Cancel or move for free up to 4 hours before your booked time, in the app or by calling the branch.

Deposits

Confinement deposits are applied to your final bill. Any unused amount is returned when your pet goes home.

Refunds

If we charge you in error or cannot give a paid service, we refund you by the way you paid. Medicines that left the clinic cannot be returned for safety reasons, unless they were faulty.
