- Do I need an appointment?
- No. Walk-ins are welcome at every branch during opening hours, and at Banilad any time. Booking ahead shortens the wait for regular visits.
- What counts as an emergency?
- Trouble breathing, a fall or accident, poisoning, seizures, heavy bleeding, or a swollen belly with retching. Come in now and call on the way.
- Can I go to a different branch next time?
- Yes. All four branches share one record, so the vet sees your pet's full history.
- Do you treat exotic pets?
- Yes: birds, reptiles, turtles and tortoises, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs.
- How do I pay?
- Cash, card, GCash or Maya. Confinement may need a deposit.
- Can I see my pet's lab results and x-rays?
- Yes. Once the vet releases them, they appear in the CADH app.
- How much does a check-up cost?
- Prices are shown before you book, and you approve an estimate before any treatment.
- How do you protect my data?
- We follow the Data Privacy Act. Only staff who treat your pet can see your records, and you can ask our Data Protection Officer for a copy or a correction at any time.
